Provider is always concerned about issues and never brushes them off

She was very caring and went to extremes to explain and used my records to go back and answer my questions.

This was an "establishment of care" visit. It was my first visit. Ms. McClaude spent a lot of time going over my records and prescriptions with me. I will see her soon for a yearly wellness visit. I was very pleased with the care and concern she gave me.

Everyone , including lab personnel, were so kind , attentive and professional. I almost cried since they showed such compassion, care and offered solutions . It's so important to patients to be seen , heard, and to be respected. I definitely felt all of those things with everyone I encountered at this practice. Thank you so much!
