She was amazing to deal with me in my panicked state. The call with Candace Vandiver was more than I ever could have hoped for. I have very limited interactions with nurse practitioners in my life. Candace was extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and thorough in the call. She explained what I had, how "we" were going fight it and then followed up with emails to make sure I was ok with the meds and its price. I'm on a limited income and do not have a prescription plan until next month. She informed me of the large discount on GoodRx. She went above and beyond what I expect any one person to do. I love having them look out for me. NGHS should feel pride in this team as much as I do.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with any provider. I left feeling like she cared and we have a plan. Super excited about what we discussed.

The Nurse Practitioner I saw Mrs. Candace gave me a very clear set of instructions on what was expected when the visit was complete and felt good knowing there was a plan in place should things not clear up.

Candace Vandiver is a very caring and helpful physician. She is very kind and easy to talk to. She is always willing to help with any concerns and is very prompt in replying to her messages. I have followed her from her previous last 3 locations and would continue to do so. My daughter has recently became a new patient for her and my daughter is extremely pleased as well.

This was first visit with provider. She was most helpful in going over health problems. Will definitely continue with this office.

Candace is an excellent provider. She listens, asks clarifying questions, and gets your input about treatment recommdations. Although she moved 45 minutes away, I chose to drive the extra miles to remain under her care. I tell everyone about her!

She made sure to ask before leaving the room if there was anything else I needed to talk about. She is very knowledgeable and professional. This was an excellent visit. ALL of the staff were extremely friendly and I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The MA/tech that brought me back to the room was especially helpful in reviewing what I might need to cover with Candace that day.
