She was an exceptionally skillful and personable FNP. She was friendly and knew my medical history & courteous. She took her time & really listened to my concerns & questions. She took the time necessary to listen to my concerns & preferences for treatment. She even asked if I preferred getting my lab results by telephone or e-mail. One of the best clinicians I seen in a long time. Excellent member of your care team. I'm a retired RN and know quality of care when I see it.

I had a very good experience.

I was very nervous about my appt., as I've only seen my OBGYN for over 20 yrs. Even at my age, this was my first visit to a "regular" doctor's office. Once I was called back to the exam room, things quickly changed. Noticing the cleanliness and kindness from everyone, especially from Dr. LaFevers, my stress level quickly dropped. To be honest, I was amazed. They both were fabulous, and we need more people like them in the medical field. Knowing now that as I age into this final chapter of life, I will have a medical group that is willing to be kind, caring, and responsive means a lot to me. Also, if it had not been for the postcard I received in the mail, I would have never called to make an appt. As a lifelong marketing professional, I appreciated and celebrated that this age-old method still works! Obviously, someone within your organization believes It too, which in a way connects us. Thank you for providing this type of care in my area.
