I believe that Blake is the nurse practitioner for Dr. Usually I will see Dr., but with urgent care visits I will usually see Blake. I have come to really appreciate Blakes expertise and his knowledge. He remembers my medical history and the difficulties I have had. His capacity to share his concern, care and compassion is "top notch". My trust in him (and Dr.) as one of my medical providers is excellent.
