Adam Bressler, MD

Adam Bressler, MD, is an infectious disease specialist with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, providing expert care for a wide range of complex infections. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Emory University Medical Center, where he developed advanced expertise in the diagnosis and management of bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections.

Dr. Bressler cares for patients with both common and highly complex conditions, including bloodstream infections, respiratory infections, HIV, complicated skin and soft tissue infections, and infections related to implanted medical devices. He also works closely with hospital teams on infection prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, and the management of antibiotic-resistant organisms.
