Allen Young, LPC

Allen Young is a provider with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group. He obtained his clinical education from Georgia State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Allen approaches each patient with compassion, humor, and hope, creating a safe environment where they can tell their stories and discover their own strengths and abilities.  Using established models including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Allen helps patients make sense of their past and move beyond it toward a brighter future.
