Excellent medical and office staff. They were so nice. Saw me as soon as my paperwork was done. My husband, grandson and myself are all patients with Amanda (Sam) She is wonderful

Sam was very personable and outgoing. She spent sufficient time with me and did not seem to be in a hurry to get to the next patient. She listened to how my injury occurred and answered my questions regarding treatment.

Sam and the staff there have always been wonderful. My only complaint is that you stopped taking my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. Sure I could find someone else that does it. Sam is the reason I will always use her. She is patient and kind. Answers anything I ask and always explains everything in detail. The BEST.I have recommended my husband who now sees Sam as well as friends. Who also see her! You have a good one there!

Amanda Pipkin and her assistant are top notch - friendly, patient, encouraging, kind. Plus helped me arrive at a decision on treatment that not only provided relief, but was the best decision for my busy life. I cannot say enough good things about these two. Additionally, front office staff is friendly and efficient.

Amanda Pipkin and staff were very friendly and treated me with respect and dignity. She was understanding of my fears and respected my decision concerning my health. Amanda was very knowledgeable about my other issues and wanted to make sure the medication prescribed was safe. She showed me the x-ray and explained in detail about what was going with my knee. I am so grateful that I was referred to this specialist and will continue to see her as needed. All of the specialists in NGPG that I have been referred to by MedLink have been amazing and I know that I am in good hands.
