Dr Bailey is so professional yet compassionate and empathetic. Encourages me to be an active participant in my health decisions and truly listens. She remembers pertinent details about my family and how some stressors may impact my overall health. My only suggestion for improvement is to have a separate area for well waiting and exam rooms, given that the practice sees sick folks.

She always listens to concerns and wants to find answers to questions you have about your health. I wish she was more available to be seen as a primary care doctor. I know she teaches well and I want her to continue to teach the compassion and listening skills she uses

Dr. Bailey is exceptional! She takes the time to sit down, listen, and show genuine care. I never feel rushed - instead, I feel heard, valued, & completely confident in her care. Dr. Bailey sets the standard for what patient - centered care should be!
