NP- Lauren Timmerman was friendly, engaging and genuinely listening to me. She did not try to " talk over me " or just spew out the standard speech. This was my Initial appointment to establish myself with the practice. So this was my very first interaction with everyone present. I felt very comfortable and heard. I was very happy with my provider and the staff!!!
