The nurse, Dr Powell and one receptionist could tell I was upset about the issue I was there. They ALL went out of their way to comfort me and make sure not only if I was ok, but asked if there was anything they could do for me to make me feel better. They all went above and beyond, but that's not surprising because they always do.

I messaged about having my ears cleaned out and received responses immediately. I called the office to schedule an appointment and was told I could be seen that afternoon. I was taken back very quickly, saw my doctor so she could do the exam and she was very thorough. Her nurse performed the ear cleaning, and was very kind and professional. This provider and her team, which includes the front office staff always provides best-practice service. Thank you and God bless.
