Ashleigh's work focuses on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Psychoeducation to help clients learn how to navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and grief. Ashleigh believes in taking a collaborative and compassionate approach to helping clients reach their goals by promoting hope, healing and resilience.
