I was let in through the side door and given a mask immediately. All of the staff are respectful, polite and caring. Dr. Hsing gives choices if any are available and pros and cons about medications so I can make an informed decision.

The experience I had here and with this doctor was the best experience I've ever had going to a Dr. Office. Dr. Hsing was absolutely amazing. I felt seen, heard and really cared about. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them as well as printed me off information I was seeking. I absolutely loved everything about his disposition and willingness to go the extra mile for me. He also showed me how to get prescriptions for less by using an online discount website.

The care and professionalism of both Dr. Hsing and the rest of the staff is always exemplary. Dr. Hsing always listens to my concerns and answers all questions. He always takes the time to circle back around and ask several times if I have any additional questions or concerns. His patience and caring nature make it easy to discuss all health-related issues and know that you are not pressed to hurry through the appointment. All aspects of this practice make a patient feel comfortable from the time you walk through the front door until the time you are leaving.

He is an active listener and does whatever he can to make sure the various specialty physicians that I have received my labs, etc. To ensure that there is care coordination due to multiple co-morbities. He is excellent along with all of the professionals in this practice. I have referred many others to this practice due to their excellence of patient care. He is an asset to your organization.
