About the Provider

Jeanilee Harbin hadn’t thought much about her future career or what she would do with her life until her brother was diagnosed with cancer as a child. As his life was quickly consumed by visits to the hospital, surrounded by doctors and nurses, she decided she wanted to have the same impact on others as those providers had on her brother, her family, and herself. She’s now bringing the compassionate care she saw then, and she’s since learned, to patients at Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Toccoa Clinic Internal Medicine.

Jeanilee has lived in Toccoa for the past seven years where her husband is the student pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church. She’s also involved at the church, leading a small group for middle school girls.

Harbin’s career started at Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) Gainesville soon after she earned her nursing degree from Truett McConnell University. She worked as a registered nurse on a few different hospital floors as she earned her master’s degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia. She’s completed advanced training, called a preceptorship, with NGPG Toccoa Clinic Internal Medicine while also working at NGMC Braselton.

A mother of four, Harbin enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, on family vacations, and on mission trips with her church.
