Katrina is always very helpful and explains everything perfectly. This office is run very efficiently and everyone is very kind and helpful.

Developed severe pain in knee while awaiting surgery. Couldn't put any pressure or weight on leg due to the knee pain. Went to the ortho walk in, my usual provider out on military leave, dr could only prescribe some painkiller. Stopped by Braselton office to see about brace, in tears from pain. Ms. Brown offered to work me in to her swamped schedule, apologized for wait, examined me, did two injections, with my lermission, for pain and inflammation, ordered asap MRI suspecting additional injury to knee. Requested I followup as soon as mri done so knew what was dealing with. Injections helped pain so I could move with a crutch. Compassionate and supportive. Excellent provider.

I only had good experiences and any concerns that I may have had were addressed and answered.
