I've never had a doctor that I've trusted. Kayla, however has gone above and beyond to listen to me, I can be open and honest with her. That's how it should be. Since I've started seeing Kayla, I brought my husband,my children to her. I've referred several friends to her. I've never done that with any doc. I don't feel like just any other patient or just a number. I feel as if she truly cares about her patients, while still being 100% professional. She's the best doc I've ever had and even though I've since moved over 30min away and there are closer nghs doc, I'll still drive to Kayla when I need to and I'm thankful for the ability to use telehealth for check ups.

Love Kayla! I have my daughter seeing her also. Very thorough, understanding, listens and does whatever she can to help. Staff very nice and friendly as well! Definitely recommend!

Kayla Joplin,NP is hands down one of the best providers I have ever met. She reminds me of a hospitalist PA I work with that every nurse in the hospital trusts and knows will take care and do everything for the patient within her power to keep them safe and get them well. Kayla, listens to the said and unsaid. She truly has your best interest at heart. At a non NGPG office my symptoms of fatigue were written off and she ordered an anemia panel that I surprisingly never had done which required me taking iron. She cares not just about my numbers but about my well being as a person and puts everything together to give a holistic approach. I am so thankful I just so happened to find her when searching for a new PCP.
