Kelly Chase, ANP, is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her clinical education at Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing and is committed to providing thoughtful, patient‑centered care grounded in education and shared decision‑making.
Kelly has a special interest in gynecology and bio‑identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). BHRT uses hormones that are chemically identical to those the body naturally produces and may be used to help address symptoms that can occur when hormone levels shift — most commonly during perimenopause and menopause. Kelly takes time to listen closely to each patient’s concerns, review symptoms and health history, and discuss whether hormone therapy may be an appropriate option based on individual needs and goals.

This was a tellahealth(sp) visit and I had a major issue with my phone connection. Tge office went over and above to help resolve the issue and I didn't have to reschedule the visit, which I greatly appreciated.

This visit was a consult/ evaluation for potential treatment. Even though I am not, as it turns out, a candidate for such treatment, Ms. Chase spent a considerable amount of time discussing my issue. It has positively impacted my GI system. I'm very grateful for her time and expertise.
