Manda Barnett, FNP

Whether she’s quilting at home, riding horses with her daughter, or helping patients through their healthcare needs, Manda goes into everything with patience and care.

Manda graduated from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega and went on to earn her master’s in nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Since then, she’s gained nearly two decades of experience, beginning her career in women’s health at a busy OB/GYN office in Athens, Georgia, where she specialized in prenatal education, preeclampsia management, menopausal treatment, diagnosing and managing infertility, and many other women’s health issues. After 15 years there, she transitioned to urgent care, where she’s been practicing ever since.

Originally from Jackson County, Manda is especially happy to be caring for patients in Auburn and the surrounding communities.

Outside of work, Manda and her high school sweetheart of 27 years enjoy exploring national parks together. Life stays busy with their two dogs, Domino and Gini, as well as their pony named Charley and horse named Boom. When at home, though, she is sure to find ways to decompress and relax by riding horses with her daughter or quilting and sewing.
