Dr. Coan and his nurse are always very professional and caring. They always make me very comfortable and treat me with respect. They are the best medical team I have ever seen I would like for them to know I appreciate them.

I have not had any bad experiences with my provider, but I have had issues with the Northeast Georgia Health System. That's the only reason for a less than perfect rating. I am very pleased with Dr. Coan and the staff at the Toccoa location.

Dr Coan always tells me and stresses how I can improve my health with things I can do, as regularly exercise, watch my diet, and have good sleep habits. I appreciate his advice very much and try to follow through with it!

I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Coan was very attentive. Once I explained my problem, he knew exactly what medication to prescribe and what tests to order. He also explained very clearly the purpose of the medication and the tests. Dr. Coan was very professional, competent and compassionate. I was so glad that he was available to see me because I don't think urgent care would have been able to meet my needs.

Dr Coan always advises me to exercise, eat healthy, get plenty of sleep and wear my CPAP machine mask. He emphasizes to get more exercise. I appreciate his efforts to encourage me to do the things that are healthy for me. He always tells me the advantages of walking as a daily routine!
