About the Provider

Nicholas Talley, DO, traded the deserts of Arizona for the Georgia mountains. And while the scenery may be different, his goal remains the same – deliver thoughtful, relationship-based care to the people in his community.

Dr. Talley graduated from Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, and completed his internal medicine residency at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona.

Now, he has joined Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG) Toccoa Clinic Internal Medicine, bringing him closer to the Cherokee County community where he and his wife were raised – and where both of their families still live.

Dr. Talley earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Kennesaw State University and went on to complete his master’s in biomedical science at Midwestern University.

Outside of work, Dr. Talley enjoys working out, is an avid runner, and takes part in Spartan-style obstacle races. In their free time, he and his wife like hiking and exploring nearby lakes and waterfalls with their son and daughter. They also like to try out local craft beer at breweries.

Dr Talley is an excellent physican.He Spent lots of time to help me.He even called a report to me the next day.My regular MD was sick and he filled in very well, He is an excellent addition to your team!!!!!!

It was a late minute dr appointment, no normal provider was unavailable, I was refereed to dr Talley from a friend. As I do prefer my normal provider just due , dr Talley was amazing , had my records , very professional and took time to listen to my concerns. Overall very satisfied and would refer him to anyone needing a PCP. Thank you so much
