In this era of rush rush customer service, I feel like I have been very lucky to be a patient of Ms. Velasco . She is kind and knowledgeable and I never feel like just a number with her. We need more people like her in the health care system.

I love Patty, she not just my provider she's my friend she's my confident. I have been seeing Patty since she first started at NGPG. My dad and I were her first patients. She treats me like a person with respect and compassion and kindness and concern . And if there's something that she's not sure about or if I have a question she can't answer, she will go straight to Dr. and if he's off she will put a call into him. Patty is an PA and she's is the only one I prefer to see.
