After years of chronic back pain, he has given me options to relieve my pain without surgery. Dr. Slack cares about his patients and assists them in choosing the proper treatment for their conditions to improve their health. The nursing staff is always so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Philip Slack, MD, is a fantastic doctor!

My pain management has been very beneficial , I respond very well to the injections, daily activities are easier to do .

Dr Slack spent more than enough time with me, reviewing past X-rays and asked questions about my current pain levels and we discussed potential options. Dr, Slack himself was constantly checking on me after the procedure, and helped get me In the car. They also wanted my Daughter to let them know we were able to get up the steps Into my home. I would recommend this very careing group to everyone!
