Very informative put me some what at ease for an upcoming surgery

Rachel is so sweet and caring. She sits down and listens to you.

Provider did an excellent job explaining health issues and what steps will be taken to correct. Visited with two Dr outside NGPG concerning same issue. They only provided a fraction of info and details that Ms Bennet did. Ms Bennet did an outstanding job explaining my condition and how it can be corrected. Thank you Ms Bennet.

Very good with Rachel.

Rachel answered all the questions that I had. She also explained what was going on. She wanted me to know that the next steps to my problem isn't in immediate attention, but next time the problem flares up she would recommend an MRI so we can see exactly what all is going on. She was very attentive & explained everything to where I understood what was happening.
