This was my first visit with my provider. I felt comfortable with her almost immediately. I have already recommended her to several friends and family members.

She was friendly and explained everything well. She did well in including me in decisions about my health care

I was her patient in Toccoa. I like Rachel and am comfortable with her. I transferred my care to this clinic, an hour from home now, to continue with Rachel as my provider. I've been going to the Toccoa Clinic for almost 20 yrs. I've never met the doctor who supposedly supervised my care and signed off for the NP's. 20 years! The only times I've met the doctors that were part of my care over the years is for a brief couple of minutes prior to surgery. Not a policy I care for at NGPG. But the care from the NP's is fantastic. Which is why I transferred care to a facility an hour further from home than Toccoa.

Rachel Smith is always courteous, caring, thorough, professional, and she is exceptionally talented. I know that my Healthcare is in the right place.

Rachel is the best care provider I have ever had. I travel 1hr 20 min to have her as my provider. She is smart, kind, patient, fun to work with especially when I have questions. She takes time to answer my questions and helps me to understand!
