My experience was wonderful. I switched practices due to lack of care. I felt lost in the system. But coming here made me feel so much better about my decision. I felt listened to. I felt compassion and empathy. I was given solutions and Rachel explained everything so well. I am very happy. I love sound machine in the patient room. It made the experience even more relaxing.
