Sahil Sakibuzzaman, MD

Sahil Sakibuzzaman, MD, is a neurologist with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Neurology. Driven by a deep commitment to patient‑centered care, he treats a wide range of neurological conditions with particular interests in headaches, dementia, and epilepsy.

Inspired by his grandfather’s career in medicine and shaped by the experiences of both grandmothers recovering from strokes, Dr. Sakibuzzaman brings a compassionate, relationship‑focused approach to his practice. He believes that building strong, trusting connections with patients and caregivers is essential to improving outcomes and enhancing quality of life.

Dr. Sakibuzzaman earned his medical degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College in Bangladesh and completed his neurology residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Ohio.

Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler, exploring the outdoors, jogging, hiking, and discovering local restaurants—making North Georgia an ideal place for him to call home.
