I was extremely satisfied with the level of care and time Shaniqua Sims provided during my visit. I was honestly reluctant to come to the practice because I didn't feel ready to begin the process of weight loss. However, Shaniqua immediately put me at ease.She showed genuine care and compassion by meeting me exactly where I am in my journey. Instead of overwhelming me, she is helping me identify practical alternatives with nutrition and diet to begin my weight loss journey in a way that feels manageable and sustainable. She did not push physical activity right away but explained that it would be thoughtfully incorporated into future visits when the time is right.I truly appreciated the amount of time she spent talking with me and addressing all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or as though my concerns weren't important. Her professionalism, combined with her compassion and attentiveness, was remarkable.I was so encouraged after my appointment that I told my husband how excited I am about my future journey toward weight loss. I'm grateful to have found a provider like Shaniqua and look forward to continuing this process with her guidance.

The provider I spoke with during my visit is very professional and I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about her. She's just not my regular provider. My usual provider and I have a great relationship and she is phenomenal !

I love Mrs. SIMS and the young lady that took my vitals. This office wasn't my favorite due to a bad experience previously but Mrs. SIMS has made me feel welcomed each time I show up.
