I arrived for my appt. Only to find out I had the wrong day. The receptionist did some typing and Stacy fit me in with hardly any wait time. I felt very good about that knowing she fit me in with a busy schedule. Was grateful for the receptionist to help out so I didn't have to make another trip. She was filling in for someone.
