Dr. Yates has been my primary health provider for over a decade. He has always been available to meet with me, he responds to texts in a timely manner. He knows me well and clearly has my best interests in mind. He advocated for me when another specialist's office had not ordered the correct particular MRI and had not responded to my phone calls in a timely fashion.

I had to wait more than 15 minutes to see the Doctor. However, I did not mind waiting because he took time to answer any questions that I had and discuss my over health. I am sure he did the same thing with his other patients.

I had a great experience at Dr. Yates's office. He and his team were awesome. Having a doctor that is willing to sit down and talk with you and figure out a plan and solution for my health was an answer to my prayers.
