I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zachary Skipper and his entire team. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at peace about my daughter's care-this was her first major surgery, and I needed to know she was in good hands. Dr. Skipper is not only extremely detailed and thorough in his approach, but he's also incredibly educational. He took time to explain every step of the process, in ways that were easy to understand, and that brought comfort to both me and my daughter.The entire staff-including Dr. and the rest of the advocacy team-was outstanding. Their professionalism, politeness, and kind-hearted nature made us feel like family. I was especially moved by how they balanced excellence in care with such a personal touch. It's rare these days to find that combination of compassion, advocacy, and genuine respect for the patient experience.And not only is Dr. Skipper helping my daughter, but he also extended care and support to me, despite my complex medical situation. He never made me feel overwhelmed or "too complicated." Instead, he was informative, respectful, attentive, and treated me like a person, not just a diagnosis.I strongly believe in giving credit where it's due, and this team at Northeast Hospital deserves every bit of recognition. Dr. Skipper is an excellent doctor. I was so afraid my broken shoulder would result in surgery. Dr. Skipper gave me a course of rehab and instructions that I am sure kept me from having to have surgery.

In my opinion Dr Skipper is YHE BEST!! He has been there for me when I had a broken hip and even came to the hospital after working all day because he was concerned that I might have to wait over a weekend to have surgery. He definitely went above and beyond for me.

Concerned about numbness in fingers. Dr Skipper did some preliminary testing and walked me through steps to help determine what is underlying issue.
