The office staff is always pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the MA's and the physician. I've seen Dr Guo twice as my NEW physician and am very please with her attention to detail and manners.

Dr Guo is very knowledgeable and has very good personal interaction skills.

THIS PRACTICE HAS A VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME VISITING THIS PROVIDER, AND I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED. PLUS THIS PRACTICE IS ONLY A TWO-MINUTE DRIVE FROM MY HOME. MY DAUGHTER HAS ALSO CHANGED TO THIS PROVIDER. I HAD BLOODWORK DONE DURING THIS VISIT. SUPER PROFESSIONAL PERSON DID THE DRAW WITH NO PROBLEMS, WHICH WAS A BLESSING FROM PREVIOUS LOCATIONS!

I love Dr Guo . She is great!

Appointment was easy to schedule - check in was perfect as I filled out precheck in forms - wait time was minimal - Dr. Guo was fully prepared reviewed my medical history, made good health recommendations and scheduled a follow up in August - could not be better !

Dr Guo is an excellent doctor. She takes time to care for you! Not in major hurry to leave. She cares for an elderly patient very much.

She was wonderful, explained everything in detail, so glad she will be my Dr.

I have the best providers at this office everyone from staff that answers the phone, to the staff that checks you in and out, to all the nurses male and female, to all the providers and all the PA's are the nicest, most helpfull and careing people you would need whether you are going for a yearly visit,or sick visit or 3 month or 6 month checkup or follow up are the best at this office in all they do.

This was the first time I saw this doctor and she was very good and concerned. She explained things to me in detail. I would recommend this office. The follow up was very well. They contacted me immediately and explained what the next step is.

This was my first visit to this facility. Everyone there was professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. Doctor Guo was simply amazing. She addressed my concerns and questions and is getting me on a program to monitor my health and care. I felt like someone was actually actively taking an interest in my health for the first time. Excellent doctor and excellent bedside manner. Highly impressed.

Dr. Guo was amazing. I had never seen her before but she was kind and efficient and treated me with respect. I also wanted to say how much I enjoy the ladies at reception. They are truly the kindest and they even remember my name. They make going to the doctor as good as It could be and I have never encountered such customer service focused receptionists. This makes such a huge difference to my whole visit!
