Jordan Pruitt, PA

Jordan Pruitt, PA, is a Physician Assistant with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Surgical Associates specializing in hepato‑pancreato‑biliary (HPB) surgery and surgical oncology. She cares for patients across the full spectrum of HPB conditions, including benign liver lesions, liver and pancreatic cysts, acute and chronic pancreatitis, and patients with genetic or familial risk factors for pancreatic cancer. She also evaluates and follows all Histotripsy patients for screening, planning, and post‑procedure care.

A Gainesville native, Jordan was born at NGMC Gainesville and is proud to now care for the community that raised her. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Brenau University, where she completed a capstone thesis on opioid‑sparing strategies in pediatric tonsillectomy. She graduated magna cum laude from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Spanish, earning University Honors and induction into Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Sigma Iota.

Outside of medicine, Jordan loves spending time with her family — especially cheering on her very sporty nephews. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, golf, visiting theme parks, traveling, painting with watercolors, and staying involved in her church community.
