Lorraine and staff are always extraordinary. I'm blessed to be a patient of Lorraine. The staff and nurses are extraordinary too. I feel so relaxed when visiting.

As always I had a very good experience during my office visit. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had.

Always a pleasant and professional visit...

This is my 3rd time seeing the specific provider and she has a huge impact on me with my grieving journey. She is very compassionate and thoughtful and remember about my rough time during holidays. She listens and very caring. Her assistant and the receptionist are very nice and thoughtful too. I usually don't like going to hospital because of the long wait and most times staffs are mean and they treat you like you are bothering them, but this specific hospital and the staffs I mentioned are Doing above and beyond.

Mrs LaPlace is excellent.My father and I have been using her for years.

This visit was to establish care and I can say with confidence that I will be returning to this practice. I previously was a patient at the West Jackson facility. the Hamilton Mill facility surpasses West Jackson in all areas, from the friendliness of the front desk reps to the actual provider care.

I have come to this facility twice when I changed over to this practice as a primary care and have had a really good experience. The schedulers were kind and helpful, they got me in quickly. The provider is knowledgeable and kind and takes the time to listen and explain. The medical assistant was so friendly and caring, she was so worried about me fasting since I'm pregnant and went above and beyond in he appointments. Everyone at this office has been so pleasant and easy to work with my past visits.

Miss Lorraine LaPlace is very professional and a very compassionate person. She goes above and beyond the call of duty for my health. She has helped me for many years has done very good trying to get my health back on track. I most recently had a stroke in January and she did everything to give me back on track and still is going to this day and our assistant does a very good job, listening, caring and compassion too, but I am 60 years old and I have never met a nurse practitioner. That is good as Mrs. LaPlace you should get more people that care like her in this world will be a better place to live. She is excellent and she treats everybody with the most respect. I really appreciate her for what she has done for me. She knows she knows what she's talking about she is very knowledgeable, and she has put me with the right people in the northeast community. I can't thank her enough for what she is done for me my wife and my daughter. Thank you, Lorraine, for being there for my family and taking care of my family and the way you do I will never let anyone take care of me but you because you are doing phenomenal job of what you do and I wish there was more doctors like you

Lorraine is excellent. I had a previous provider for 15 years and left that practice because I felt unheard and my concerns were not addressed. I explained this on my 1st visit with Lorraine. She addressed all my concerns and ordered the the CT scan and X-ray that I needed. She is wonderful.

Everyone was great - I really like all the people at this office. I have pretty much interacted with your whole medical staff there for one reason or another and like them all.

This was a telehealth appt. Any questions left unanswered do not apply. Provide was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She did not have her camera on so I could not see her. That was mildly disconcerting. It would have been nice to see her as we'd never met.

It was hard to answer some questions because regarding follow up because it was my 1st visit but I was impressed with Lorraine and the medical assistant. I'm looking forward to having Lorraine as my primary care provider. This was a very positive experience.
