Love Dr. Ledbetter. She is always very supportive and helpful.

NP S.Ledbetter is very knowledgeable and always shows compassion and respect. She takes her time to address all my concerns and offers common sense ways that are helpful, while keeping me on task, gently. Older people tend to get off point and she gently brings me back to task! I appreciate that about her. Yet she can explain the care plan and medications, treatments, and what is expected, smoothly in a clear and understanding way.

Brooke was really sweet with me yesterday. I turned 60 in September and it really got to me and Brooke just listened as I babbled on. She gave me good eye contact and never made me feel like I had to hurry up because she had other patients to see.

I have always received excellent care. From the time I walk in to the time I leave.

I am seeking a primary care physician to help me begin to manage neglected health needs and I felt comfortable enough in this first visit that this could be the place and providers!

Brooke is wonderful. She was very thorough as well as thoughtful with her delivery. She explained the importance of getting some of the addled testing I needed. She's knowledgeable and kind and that's a great combination in a provider these days. I did not feel rushed. She listened and responded to all my concerns. I feel like I'm in great hands. That's important to me and my husband. He has an appt to see her next month for his annual check up too.

I especially appreciate the promptness of the visit to being seen. The wait time was less then 10 minutes.

Brooke Ledbetter is an awesome physician. She got me in for an appointment quickly, saw me in a timely fashion, and spent adequate time with me. I had several follow up questions related to the medication I am on and the long-term care plan, and she was professional when explaining her thoughts while still taking time to get my input as well. NGPG needs more providers like her. I will always recommend her and this practice.
