About the Provider

For Maddie Slaton, northeast Georgia isn’t just where she grew up – it’s where she’s building her family, her career, and her future. After years caring for patients at Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s (NGMC) Level I Trauma Center in Gainesville, she’s now planting roots in Dawsonville.

A Flowery Branch native, Maddie grew up playing sports and went on to play college basketball at the University of North Georgia (UNG) before deciding to pursue a career in nursing. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from UNG and spent four years working in NGMC Gainesville’s Emergency Department, treating patients of all ages and conditions. While at UNG, Maddie trained in multiple NGPG clinics, working alongside numerous providers in specialties like internal medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, and OB/GYN. Through these rotations, many of them based in Dawsonville, she built relationships with patients and providers within the group she now joins full-time.

Maddie moved to Dawsonville after marrying her husband, and together, they have two children. They stay busy with family time, church activities, and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs. Outside of work, Maddie loves to cook, bake, and travel with her family.

Found the root of the problem that was concerning me for a time. And it was a simple fix. Surprised how Earwax build up would give you vertigo and make you dizzy . Symptoms went away completed after treatment
